OUR PROCESS

We work diligently with you prior to your renovation starting to select every component necessary to complete your project.

The selection meetings are always scheduled at our exceptional vendor's showrooms so that you can see, feel and touch the materials.  You are guided every step of the way so that a cohesive design is in place.

Once we have completed this phase, we go through the contract process.  Your contract is based on the selections we make together and is very specific!​​

A deposit of 50% is required to initiate the purchasing phase, and we will warehouse these materials for you until the start date of your remodel.  We do not start the project until all of the items have been delivered and inspected to ensure that no delays due to availability occur.​​​

Depending on the scope of work, you will have many work men and women coming to the house.  These skilled individuals have been vetted and have all worked with Resource Design & Build for many years.
